PURPOSE: A method for preventing relocation of a femto-cell base station and a device thereof are provided to determine whether or not the femto-cell base station is relocated based on wireless information collected by the femto-cell base station, thereby preventing the relocation of the femto-cell base station of a user. CONSTITUTION: A database(111) stores at least one piece of wireless information related to a predetermined position. An information receiving unit(112) receives the wireless information collected by a femto-cell base station(120). A determination unit(113) determines whether or not wireless information is matched with the received wireless information collected by the femto-cell base station. When the matched wireless information does not exist, a command transmission unit(114) transmits a service stop command to the femto-cell base station.
