PURPOSE: A touch type liquid crystal display device is provided to easily inspect whether a bonding has a failure or not by using a director by preventing that a black matrix layer, a seal member, and a signal wiring layer are not overlapped in a vertical direction to a pad of a second substrate in an on-cell touch structure liquid crystal panel. CONSTITUTION: Multiple touch pads(117,250) are formed in an edge area of a top surface of a liquid crystal panel(100). A touch circuit board(600) is bonded to the multiple touch pads. A signal line layer(135) detours to an area which is overlapped with the upper touch pad(250). A seal member(400) detours to an area which is overlapped in the vertical direction to the touch pad. A trace is detected by a detector because a black matrix and color filter layer(220), the signal line layer, the seal member are not overlapped with at least one touch pad. |
