摘要 PURPOSE: A calculation area-changeable tsunami numerical simulation method is provided to improve the accuracy of numerical simulation without the excessive encroachment of computer processing capacity and to reduce time for numerical simulation. CONSTITUTION: An initial physical amount including the depth of water is set(S11). The depth of water of a target grid point is obtained by calculating a difference formula(S20). When the calculated depth exceeds 0, the target grid point is moved in a forward direction(S31). When the calculated depth is lower than 0, calculation time is updated, and the target grid point is returned to an original point(S50a).
