PURPOSE: A paste composition for an electrode of a solar cell is provided to have excellent stability of pn junction even at high temperatures and to have excellent thermal stability in high temperature sintering conditions. CONSTITUTION: A paste composition for an electrode of a solar cell comprises conductive powder, glass frit, and organic vehicles. The glass frit includes PbO and ZnO with a weight ratio of 4:1-16:1. The amounts of PbO and ZnO in the glass frit are respectively 60-80 wt% and 5-15 wt%. The glass frit additionally includes one or more selected from SiO2, Al2O3, Ta2O5, P2O5, ZrO2, Bi2O3, B2O3, Fe2O3, Cr2O3, Co2O3, Li2O, Li2CO3, MgO, and MnO2. [Reference numerals] (AA) Light |
