摘要 PURPOSE: A method for producing a saccharified solution is provided to conduct alkali-addition for improving the steam explosion efficiency of cellulosic biomass and to improve the efficiency of saccharification by dipping the cellulosic biomass in water for removing lignin and conducting steam explosion for, in advance, removing the factor causing enzyme inhibition in a saccharification process. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing a saccharified solution from sellulosic biomass comprises the following steps: cutting the cellulosic biomass into chipped one(S100); the chipped cellulosic biomass is dipped into water so that the lignin dissolves(S200); the cellulosic biomass is separated from an alkali solvent(S300); cellulose with hexose is produced pulverizing the separated cellulosic biomass with steam(S400); and producing a saccharified solution with hexose by conducting the zymolysis of cellulose(S500). A plant in eucalyptus, poplar, oak, pine, Big-cone pine, Salix is used for the cellulosic biomass and contain xylose(10-30%(w/w)). The pulverizing temperature is from 190°C to 230°C for 2 -15 minutes. The dipping process is 6-12 hours. The dipping process is 6-23 hours; steam is provided in the atmospheric pressure of 1.5-50 for pulverizing.
