Insulating wall panel comprising phenolic foam and expanded polystyrene layersThe panel is formed by either foaming a phenolic liquid 3 on or between expanded polystyrene layer(s) 4, 5, or gluing phenolic foam 3 onto expanded polystyrene 4, 5. A layer of polystyrene 4 remote from the wall 8 preferably receives a render system. An expanded polystyrene layer 4, 5 preferably has notches or grooves. Preferably the foaming occurs while the material is carried along a conveyor (11, 12, figure 3).
