PURPOSE: A signal input device by finger movements is provided to input a signal to various devices in a ubiquitous environment, thereby easily and intuitively controlling the devices that a user wants to control. CONSTITUTION: A muscle movement signal sensing unit(110) senses a muscle movement signal by finger movements. A finger signal processor(120) detects which finger has moved by the sensed position of signal generation and processes the signal according to the number of finger movements as a signal to comply with an external device(200). A memory unit(130) stores the signal processing method of the finger signal processor.
