The ship (1) has a lifting mechanism (10) for loading and unloading the ship and comprising a port-side frame (11) and a control board-side frame (13) between which two cantilever arms (19, 21) extend. The cantilever arms are movable forward and backward, and two cranes (15, 17) are arranged at the respective cantilever arms and movable towards a port-side and a control board side. The cantilever arms are movable back and forth between two horizontal orientations, where one of the orientations is transverse to a base line of the ship. |
