Elastic film comprises an extruded elastic layer of a polymer comprised of a mixture of a styrene block copolymer and a plasticizer, where the plasticizer is over 50 wt.% of at least one vegetable-based oil. An independent claim is also included for making the elastic film, comprising extruding at least one elastic layer from a polymer comprised of the styrene block copolymer and plasticizer.
