摘要 PURPOSE: An anode active material for a lithium secondary battery is provided to improve initial efficiency and lifetime of a lithium secondary battery. CONSTITUTION: An anode active material comprises a substrate consisting of alloy capable of forming alloy along with lithium; and a metal nitride component on the substrate. The metal nitride component includes one or more metal selected from Li, Ti, Al, Zr, and Si. The material is Si, SiOx, or Si, where x is 0<x<2. A manufacturing method of the negative electrode active material comprises a step of mixing a metal oxide precursor or metal oxide into a substrate including the material; and a step of heat-treating the mixture under the atmosphere of nitrogen or ammonia. A lithium secondary battery includes the anode active material for the lithium secondary battery.
