PURPOSE: A pressure sore prevention system of an electric bed is provided to prevent pressure sore by horizontally inclining patients lying on a bed and dispersing pressure on contacting areas. CONSTITUTION: A pressure sore prevention system of an electric bed comprises an upper supporting member (10) in which a plurality of upper plates, which are bent in a predetermined angle by an upper plate motor cylinder, are installed in an upper frame; a lower support member (20) in which wheels are respectively installed in the lower side of a lower frame; and a slope controlling member (30) connected to the central axis which is installed between the upper and lower supporting members and operates the upper supporting member to be horizontally sloped. The slope controlling member installs a motor cylinder in a vertical direction to a support frame extended downward from a center support unit in one side of the support frame, and connects an end unit of the piston of the motor cylinder to the upper frame.
