A tandem organic light emitting device emitting white light includes a first electrode 110 and a second electrode 190 opposing each other, a charge generation layer 150 formed between the electrodes, a first stack 1100 disposed between the first electrode and the charge generation layer, the first stack including a first light emitting layer 130 emitting blue light and a second stack 1200 disposed between the charge generation layer and the second electrode, the second stack including a second light emitting layer 170 including one or more hosts doped with a phosphorescent dopant emitting light having a longer wavelength than blue light. The charge generation layer includes an n-type charge generation layer 151 doped with a group I or II metal, such as lithium, sodium, magnesium, calcium or caesium, and a p-type charge generation layer 152 made of an organic material. |
