The device (11) has a control element (38) controlling exit flow of compressed air, so that the element is moved in to engagement at a control hub (41) before opening of a valve element (18) at a control pressure lying below an opening pressure to block a fluid passage between a control chamber (37) and a valve chamber (17). The control element is moved into an open position (40) by pressure drop below the control pressure, and a connection duct (50) is opened in an open position of the valve element and during the flow via the valve chamber so that the air can leave via the control chamber.
