PURPOSE: A combined humidifying and heating system is provided to use a solar heat collecting tube collecting solar heat, thereby implementing humidification together with heating through a radiator. CONSTITUTION: A combined humidifying and heating system has a heat collecting unit(110) and a radiator(150). The heat collecting unit heats a first heat medium oil, and feeds the first heat medium oil through a feeding tube and collects the first heat medium oil through a collecting tube. The radiator is connected to the feeding tube and the collecting tube so that the radiator receives the first medium oil heated by the heat collecting unit and fed by the feeding tube, and collects the first medium oil in the collecting tube.
