PURPOSE: An electronic coating service device is provided to guarantee a document in real-time by scanning a document with a communication terminal after inserting a QR code image into a document. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of communication terminals(10-1-10-n) prepares a camera device photographing a QR code and a communication device performing wireless data communication. A plurality of communication terminals recognizes the QR code. A plurality of communication terminals displays the information of the QR code in a display unit. A communication network(20) provides communications between a plurality of communication terminals and a QR code server(30). The QR code server receives a QR code issuing request from one communication terminal of a plurality of communication terminals and issues a QR code. The QR code server provides disclosing information by receiving an information providing the request of the QR code issued by a plurality of communication terminals.
