PURPOSE: A bonding line and a bonding method of a thin glass substrate of a flat panel display device are provided to prevent damage to a substrate due to a rigidity decrease which is caused by an increase in surface roughness due to panel etching. CONSTITUTION: A substrate is inserted into a substrate input line(210). A sub substrate is inserted into a sub substrate input line(220). The substrate and the sub substrate, which are inserted into the substrate input line and the sub substrate input line respectively, bond together in a substrate bonding line(230). The substrate input line, sub substrate input line, and substrate bonding line is arranged in a line.
