PURPOSE: A stator cooling apparatus of a large capacity electric motor is provided to prevent the size increase of an iron core by configuring a cooling module separately from the iron core of a stator. CONSTITUTION: A cooling chamber(20) is formed with a ring shape. A cooling chamber has a pipe insertion hole. A cooling circuit(10) is formed to be divided multiply. The cooling circuit includes multiple cooling water pipes(11), a pair of distribution rings(12), a cooling water inlet pipe(13), and a cooling water discharge pipe(14). The distribution ring is segmented into multiple zones by partition walls.
