PURPOSE: A soft sparkle sheet manufacturing method is provided to use a soft polyurethane thin film with excellent elasticity as a base material layer, thereby providing the soft sparkle sheet manufacturing method so as to have the excellent elasticity, flexibility, and durability. CONSTITUTION: A soft sparkle sheet manufacturing method comprises the steps of: bonding a polyurethane thin film sheet (110) and a polyethylene thin film sheet (120); forming a support layer (130) by applying adhesive to the bottom surface of polyurethane thin film sheet and then adhering paper thereto; forming a decoration layer (140) that applying a binder to the upper surface of polyurethane thin film, forming a sparkle layer by spraying sparkle powder, and then forming a clear coating layer on the sparkle layer; separating a polyurethane thin film from the bonded polyurethane thin film sheet and polyethylene thin film sheet; forming a primer layer (150) on the lower surface of polyurethane thin film from which the polyethylene thin film sheet is separated; and bonding a release film (180), that a silicon release resin (150) and an acrylic adhesion resin (170) are sequentially applied on the top surface thereof, to a polyurethane thin film sheet and naturally drying the release film for two or three days.
