PURPOSE: A powder spraying device for a packing film is provided to evenly spray powder to the inner surface of the packing film. CONSTITUTION: A powder spraying device for a packing film comprises a powder container(10), a first motor, a discharge roller, a second motor, a rotary spraying body, a battery, a receiving frame(40), a support frame(50), and a connection frame(60). The discharge roller is arranged in the internal exit of the powder container and is rotated by the first motor to discharge powder to the outside. The rotary spraying body temporarily stores the powder discharged from the powder container and is rotated by the second motor to spray the powder through a spraying hole. The battery supplies driving power to the first and second motors. The receiving frame is connected to the side surface of the powder container. The battery is received in the receiving frame to be replaced. The support frame is connected to the lower part of the powder container and rotationally supports the rotary spraying body. The second motor is mounted on the support frame.
