The present invention relates to a method for the manufacture of an insulating sheet comprising:
(a) extruding a sheet of thermoplastic elastomer;
(b) placing a metallic grid between two sheets of thermoplastic elastomers obtained in step (a) characterized in that the grid is placed on the entire surface of the thermoplastic elastomer sheet.
(c) thermally stabilizing the product obtained in step (b). Further, the present invention relates to an insulating sheet and to construction materials comprising said insulating sheet.
