In an embodiment a large number of saucer-shaped discs 62 are mounted on a bolt 60 and held together by a nut 64. Two pins 72 secure the discs against relative rotation. The sawtooth surfaces are produced with a high surface quality by milling and polishing or by a diamond cutter prior to assembly of the tool and such surface is not impaired during assembly of the tool.
