PURPOSE: An excrement disposal system in which an alternate floating mattress is combined is provided for patients to excrete while lying on an alternate floating mattress. CONSTITUTION: An excrement disposal system in which an alternate floating mattress is combined comprises a plurality of first tubes which is expanded or shrunk by air injection or disposal (31a,31b,31c,31d,32a,32b,32c,32d,32e,32f,32g,32h); a first connection pipe which is connected so that the inner space of a plurality of first tubes can be mutually connected; a plurality of second tubes which is arranged between the first tubes among adjacent first tubes and expands and shrinks by air injection or disposal (41a,41b,41c,42a,42b,42c,42d,42e,42f,42g,42h); a second connection pipe which is connected so that the inner space of a plurality of second tubes can be mutually connected; a third tube (51) in which a first fractional area and a second fractional area are expanded or shrunk by turns; and an air pump (10) which injects or disposes air by turns into a plurality of first and second tubes and injects or disposes air by turns into the adjacent domain among the divided areas of the third tube.
