PURPOSE: A rotary vertical injection molding machine and a method for injecting and painting using the same are provided to prevent paint from sagging on the surface of a product and to manufacture a high quality of an injection molded product by separately performing an injecting process and a painting process in a mold by rotating a transfer plate. CONSTITUTION: A rotary vertical injection molding machine comprises a vertical injection machine, a fixing plate, a pair of mold lower plates, a rotatable transfer plate, and a paint injecting valve. The pair of mold lower plates includes a mold B1 for an injecting process and a mold B2 for a painting process. After a mold A and the mold B1 are demolished, an injection molded product in which resin is injected is formed to comprise tunnel type burr. The paint injecting valve includes a protrusion to combine with the tunnel type burr.
