NOZZLE ASSEMBLY FOR SPRAYING MOLTEN ALLOY

PURPOSE: A nozzle assembly for spraying a molten metal is provided to prevent the temperature of the molten metal from dropping by reducing time when the molten metal stays inside the nozzle through increasing flow of the molten metal inside the nozzle. CONSTITUTION: A nozzle assembly for spraying a molten metal comprises an upper nozzle(10), a lower nozzle(20), and a support stand(30). The upper nozzle is connected to a lower part of a melting pot in which the molten metal is accommodated and includes a pipe conduit(11) in which the molten metal flows. The pipe conduit is branched to two or more branch lines and the upper nozzle is formed in a structure interlocking with the lower nozzle. The lower nozzle is installed to a lower part of the upper nozzle and includes an injecting hole in which the molten metal is sprayed. The support stand fixes the lower nozzle to a tundish.
