PURPOSE: A light emitting device is provided to constantly maintain a V pit structure and to improve luminance. CONSTITUTION: A first superlattice layer(151) is formed on a pit layer(140). A bulk layer(152) is formed on the first superlattice layer. A second superlattice layer(153) is formed on the bulk layer. An active layer(132) is formed on the second superlattice layer. The pit layer, the first superlattice layer, the bulk layer, the second superlattice layer, and the active layer include a V pit structure respectively.
