PURPOSE: A handcart with a lifting unit and a tilting unit is provided to rapidly move objects to a destination by reducing the weight of the handcart. CONSTITUTION: A handcart comprises a control lever(1), guide grooves, a lifting unit(10), and a tilting unit(30). The control lever is coupled to the middle of a handle(102). The guide grooves are formed inside both sides of the base frame. The lifting unit comprises a lifting cylinder having a pair of lifting bars(11), an actuating shaft(15), and an operating bar(18). The operating bar is mounted on the base frame to operate the lifting bars so that the height of a loading box(103) can be varied. The tilting unit rotates the loading box to the front side of a base plate according to the control signal of the control lever.
