PURPOSE: A protective film for a touch screen panel and a touch screen panel having the same are provided to let the light from a liquid crystal display unit transmit a low refraction layer before a soft coating layer, thus, to reduce the difference between refractive indexes of air and the light, thereby reducing surface reflection of the light and increasing final trasmissivity. CONSTITUTION: A film protecting adhesive layer(30) is formed on the top surface of a base sheet layer(20) in a direction facing a display unit. A reflection preventing part(10) includes a soft coating layer(11) and a lower refraction layer(12) which are successively laminated on the bottom surface of the base sheet layer in a direction facing a liquid crystal display unit. The low refraction layer is formed with a soft acrylic polymer resin containing porous hollow silica particles, in which the peel strength is 500gf/inch.
