PURPOSE: A seal for ballot is provided to prevent a decrease in a balloting supply ink by forcibly pushing the ink by using air pressure, thereby preventing a decrease in a balloting quality even though the amount of the remained ink is little. CONSTITUTION: A seal for ballot comprises a body(100), an operation guide(300), and a movable body(400). The body is utilized as a grip. The operation guide is installed in the front end of the body. A spring(310) is installed in the hollow inside of the operation guide. The movable body is fitted into the operation guide, thereby preventing the rear end of the movable body from being separated. The movable body fixes an ink containing body(410) containing ink and moves forward and backward by being supported by the spring. A sealing plane(412) is formed in the front surface of the ink containing body. The ink is uniformly discharged via the sealing plane when the sealing plane is pushed as the ink containing body is compressed and the movable body is moved backward simultaneously.
