PURPOSE: A transmission case is provided to improve light weight by forming a side cover with a composite structure by a metal frame and a resin cover. CONSTITUTION: A side cover is a composite structure by a resin cover. The resin cover blocks a metal frame and an opening part. The opening part is formed in the metal frame. A joint part of the metal frame and the resin cover is a polymerization junction(D). The polymerization junction allows a junction outer surface to be overlapped to a junction inner surface exposed to a transmission mechanism side of a flange part(50). |
