<p>PURPOSE: A clustering hybrid street light system is provided to enable charging and discharging of street lights by connecting the street lights using a DC microgrid, thereby facilitating smooth electricity flow. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of street light posts is connected to each other forming a DC microgrid. A SMPS(Switching Mode Power Supply)(110) is connected to a AC power system and converts AC power to DC power. The SMPS supplies the converted DC power to the street light posts. An inverter(120) delivers surplus power to the AC power system. A power control device controls the connection between the street light posts and the inverter.
