CONSTITUTION: A graphene particle is surface-modified by continuous stress, has an 0.01-0.2 intensity ratio(ld/lg) where ld is a peak intensity at 1,300-1,400 cm^(-1) and ld is a peak intensity at 1580-1620cm^(-1), in Raman spectrum; a 3.0-10.0 m^2/g BET specific surface area of the particle; and 1.0-4.5 mesopores ratio(A/B) where A is area of mesopores with a size of 10-100 nm and B is area of mesopores with a size of 2 nm or less. |
