PURPOSE: A sealant composition is provided to have excellent physical properties such as a low temperature stability and spreadability and to have excellent storage stability and use convenience. CONSTITUTION: A sealant composition comprises 35-75 wt% of natural rubber latex, 0.1-30 wt% of an emulsion type tackifier resin or acrylic emulsion, 10-50 wt% of an anti-freezing agent, and 0.1-20 wt% of a coating forming preventer. The solid phase of the natural rubber latex is 50-70 wt% and includes concentrated or diluted one. The coating forming preventer is a mixture of a high molecular weight glycol of which weight average molecular weight is 200-8,000, and a cationic, anionic, or non-ionic surfactant. |
