PURPOSE: An apparatus for treating initial rainwater is provided to treat sludge generated from an initial rainwater treatment process through an artificial wetland. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for treating initial rainwater includes a pre-treatment bath(100) and a filtration bath(200). The pre-treatment bath separates initial rainwater into supernatant and sludge. The filtration bath separates the supernatant into treated water and sludge by a filtering layer(221). The filtration bath is divided into a filtration part(220) and a settling part(210). A filtration layer washing unit(230) is arranged in the filtration part, and separates non-point pollutants from the filtration layer. An initial rainwater inlet(101) and a supernatant outlet(102) are arranged at the upper part of the pre-treatment bath. A porous slanted plate(110) is arranged in the pre-treatment bath, and prevents the upward movement of floating type non-point pollutants.
