PURPOSE: A flame diffusion method after igniting a wood pellet burner is provided to guarantee rapid heating of a boiler by increasing flame diffusion speed because ignited pellet charcoal moves to everywhere without using an additional device to a burner. CONSTITUTION: A flame diffusion method after igniting a wood pellet burner is as follows. A blower(30) is operated to horizontally supply ignition air to an ignition point(P) of pellets(20) loaded in a burner head(10). An ignition state is detected by a flame detector(40). After detecting the ignition, air is supplied at a normal speed for 1-2 minutes to make pellet charcoal. As the torque of the blower is increased for 30 seconds or 1 minute, the pellet charcoal is distributed to everywhere of the burner head so that flame can be diffused. In order to supply only the air for combusting the pellets, the blower rotates at a predetermined speed. |
