PURPOSE: A deduction-tradable leader-investor interlinking security exchange system and a providing method thereof are provided to enable an account of an investor to follow a final result of an investment action when a plurality of portfolios perform the opposite investment actions. CONSTITUTION: A modeling module(122) manages first and second model portfolios including a part of financial products in first and second leading portfolios generated by a leading module(121) by using modeling rules set by an operator terminal. A control module(110) generates a deduction trading order or deduction purchasing order corresponding to a difference between amounts applied to an account of an investor.
