摘要 PURPOSE: An Aspergillus strain is provided to ensure high activity of alpha-amylase and glucoamylase, and to be used in brewage, organic acid fermentation, and enzyme product production. CONSTITUTION: An Aspergillus strain has an alpha-amylase activity of 5,000 U/g and a glucoamylase activity of 100 U/g. A method for culturing the strain comprises: a step of sterilizing a solid medium containing 45-55% of moisture; a step of cooling the solid medium at 35-40 deg. C; a step of treating the strain in the medium, and culturing for 110-130 hours; and a step of drying the culture medium for 18-24 hours.
