PURPOSE: A defrost device for a ventilation hood of an apartment boiler is provided to prevent fluid from freezing by delivering indoor air heat to the ventilation hood through a heat delivering member even if the boiler is not operated. CONSTITUTION: A defrost device for a ventilation hood of an apartment boiler comprises a boiler(100), a ventilation hood(200), and a heat delivering member(300). The ventilation hood is extended from the indoor(1) to the outdoor(2) while connecting to the boiler and discharges combusting gas generated from the boiler. The heat delivering member is extended from the indoor to the outdoor for surrounding outer circumference of the ventilation hood and delivers indoor heat to the ventilation hood positioned in the outdoor.
