PURPOSE: A potentiostatic polarization device for oxygen-based and hydrogen peroxide-based electrochemical diabetes sensors is provided to constitute the potentiostatic polarization device only with an amplifier, thereby enhancing stability and reducing power consumption. CONSTITUTION: A potentiostatic polarization device for oxygen-based and hydrogen peroxide-based electrochemical diabetes sensors comprises a biosensor unit(100), a comparison unit(200), an amplification unit(300), and an output unit(400). The biosensor unit senses an output current of an oxygen-based or hydrogen peroxide-based biosensor. The comparison unit outputs comparison signals of a working voltage and a reference voltage of a working electrode output by the oxygen-based or hydrogen peroxide-based biosensor. The amplification unit amplifies signals output by a reference electrode of the oxygen-based or hydrogen peroxide-based biosensor. The output unit is selectively turned on/off according to the output current corresponding to the operation of the oxygen-based or hydrogen peroxide-based biosensor with different polarity according to output signals of the comparison unit and the amplification unit, thereby outputting electrical signals according to the operation of the oxygen-based or hydrogen peroxide-based biosensor.
