PURPOSE: A photographing device is provided to detect a phase difference from the whole screen without separate pixels. CONSTITUTION: A photoelectric transformation unit(25) is equipped in a lower part of a micro lens(21). A phase difference pixel is located between the micro lens and the photoelectric transformation unit. The phase difference pixel includes opening units(27,28) for the center of an optical axis of the micro lens. The phase difference pixel outputs signals for obtaining a phase difference. An eccentric direction of an opening unit is located in a tangent line direction of a concentric circle which is in the center of an optical axis of a photographing lens. |
