PURPOSE: A self-cleanable roasting device is provided to prevent the replacement of a grill by directly transferring the flame or heat of charcoals when meat is grilled. CONSTITUTION: A self-cleanable roasting device comprises grill bars(2) and side frames(5a,5b). The grill bars are formed in a cylindrical or circular shape. Gears of which diameter is larger than the diameter of the cylindrical or circular shape are coupled to the end of the grill bars. The grill bars are installed between inner frames(8a). A gap between the grill bars is the same as a pitch circle diameter of the gears. The side frames are installed on both ends of the grill bars to prevent the separation of the grill bars. |
