PURPOSE: A building construction system for constructing a moving line of the same level and space utilization is provided to smoothly induce a shipment process of products from underground and to obtain the free moving line through the utilization of a semi-basement type subspace. CONSTITUTION: A building construction system for constructing a moving line of the same level and space utilization comprises a bottom surface(10), a first space unit(30), a second space unit(40), a path, and a boring hole(11). The bottom has the same height as a cargo box of transportation equipment for shipment of products. The first space unit is arranged along the bottom surface in a lateral direction and is divided into a plurality of spaces. The second space unit is downwardly arranged based on the bottom surface by selecting one or more first space units and is comprised of a semi-basement type space downwardly formed from the ground. The path connects the first space unit and the second space unit so that an operator comes and goes. The boring hole mutually and vertically connects the first space unit and the second space unit.
