PURPOSE: A power switching control apparatus and method of a power automation system are provided to use a power-off technology by supplying or blocking a power source from a power supply unit according to a switching operation. CONSTITUTION: An input unit(100) generates an input signal corresponding to an input action of a user. A first relay driving unit(200) is connected with a power supply unit. The first relay driving unit executes a switching operation according to the input signal of the input unit. A controller(300) supplies or blocks a power source from a power supply unit corresponding to the switching operation of the first relay driving unit. A second relay driving unit(400) is connected between a power supply side line and a power automation system side line.
