PURPOSE: A composition for promoting the growth of eyebrow or eyelashes is provided to enhance hair regeneration ability. CONSTITUTION: A composition for promoting the growth of eyelashes or eyebrow contains extract of Capsicum annuum var.angulosum, Chrysanthemum indicum, Lycium chinense, Morus alba L., Pinus densifl, Undaria pinnatifida, and Sesamum indicum as an active ingredient. A method for preparing the composition comprises: a step of preparing and purifying the natural extract; a step of adding fermentation bacteria to the purified extract; and a step of adding purified water and stirring. The fermentation bacteria include yeast, lactic acid bacteria, or Lactobacillus bifidus. |
