PURPOSE: An emergency turn device of a median strip for a highway is provided to automatically open an opening unit and to minimize traffic jam by including rapid turn of a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: An emergency turn device(1) of a median strip for a highway comprises a turn unit(10), a fixing unit(20), a center weight(40), a limit switch(50), a height sensor(60), a camera, and a controller(80). The turn unit is mounted on an opening unit of the median strip and opens the opening unit by rotating along a support shaft(16). The center weight is mounted on the turn unit and guides the center of gravity. A gear device comprises a gear shaft(14), a moving body(19), and a link body.
