NON-CONTACT REMOTE DETECTION METHOD FOR THE FAILURES OF HYDRAULIC AND PNEUMATIC SYSTEMS

PURPOSE: A remote noncontact type malfunction sensing method is provided to senses factors of problems generated when the operation hydro-pneumatic pressure of a hydro-pneumatic device is not transmitted properly or the hydro-pneumatic pressure desired not to be operated is operated in advance. CONSTITUTION: A remote noncontact type malfunction sensing method is as follows. A grating having a predetermined interval is formed in a target(105) on the surface of a vibrating object. The micro vibration of the target is magnify-photographed by using a telescope in a remote area. Phases captured in a viewer of the telescope are re-magnified by using a microscope(101). The phases magnified by the microscope are photographed by a high-speed camera. The data of the images photographed by the high-sped camera is processed by a computer process device.
