A MANUFACTURING METHOD OF SHOES FOR CLIMBING

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of mountain-climbing boots is provided to make mountain-climbing boots waterproof by coating an adhesive on a midsole of mountain-climbing boots, thereby reducing initial costs. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of mountain-climbing boots comprises the following steps: (a) cutting an outer cover(100) and an inner cover(200) according to the size of mountain-climbing boots; (b) compressing the cut outer and inner covers by putting an adhesive on the edge; (c) bonding the edge of the compressed outer and inner covers with the outside of a midsole having a foot shape by folding a part of the edge; (d) coating the adhesive on the bottom side of the midsole entirely and drying; and (e) bonding the midsole with a bottom insole(500). In the step (c), the compressed outer and inner covers are bonded on the bottom edge of the midsole by the adhesive.
