PURPOSE: A conductive adhesive sheet is provided to form a large size of an object and protrusion region, thereby obtaining excellent conductivity. CONSTITUTION: A conductive adhesive sheet(1) comprises a conductor layer(2) with a protrusion region(5) concavely protruded in a thickness direction; a low-melting-point metal layer(3) formed on one side of the protrusion region in the thickness direction; and an adhesive layer(4) formed on one side of the low-melting-point metal layer. The low-melting-point metal layer consists of tin and/or tin-bismuth alloy. A collector electrode consists of the conductive adhesive sheet and collects carrier generated from a solar cell.
