PURPOSE: A method for simultaneously producing L-amino acids and riboflavin is provided to conveniently produce feed and to reduce production cost. CONSTITUTION: A method for simultaneously producing L-lysine or L-threonine and riboflavin comprises: a step of culturing a microorganism which is modified to produce high concentration L-lysine or L-threonine, and riboflavin. Corynebacterium glutamicum(KCCM 11223P) is modified to maintain high concentration L-lysine production and enhance riboflavin production.
