PURPOSE: A memory module and a semiconductor memory device are provided to prevent current and heating from being concentrated by using an address scramble circuit and selecting an operating block. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of memory chips(1A-1D) is laminated on a memory module(10). Each memory chip includes a memory cell unit and address scramble circuits(11A-11D). The memory cell unit is divided into a plurality of blocks. The address scramble circuit selects an operating block by processing an input address signal.
