ROLL PRESS EQUIPMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide roll press equipment capable of highly accurately compressing process (thickness in a full range in a width direction within target thickness) even in a continuous process of a long term in the roll press equipment provided with a mechanism correcting deflection of a roll.

SOLUTION: The roll press equipment provided with the mechanism correcting the deflection of the roll measures the thickness at a plurality of points of the width direction of a pressed material 3 with a thickness meter 10. Feedback control of a press mechanism adjusting a roll gap and a bend mechanism correcting the deflection of the roll is performed singly or in combination in response to the state of the difference between a thickness measured value and the target thickness at the plurality of the points so that the thickness is within the target thickness range in the full range of the width direction of the material.
